What’s Holding You Back?

You Can Only Choose One. Which One Will You Choose?

Do you ever feel heavy or maybe constantly triggered by the same things and don’t understand why you can’t seem to shake it? Repeating the same cycles and conversations with loved ones and friends? When there is a sense that something is holding you back or a weight on your shoulders, it’s time to look into the mirror and ask yourself, “what do I need to let go of”? If this question seems obvious, then why can’t we all just get along?

Whichever Source you talk to, ask the questions above^. Let it come to you in the stillness of your heart, mind, and soul and allow the answer to guide you to your choice. Are you going to choose Resentment or Forgiveness? To know which choice you have made in the real world, see how your thoughts are creating your actions. Are your actions creating more fear, worry, shame, and guilt or are they creating love, compassion, and kindness in your mind and outer world.

Take some time with this. Your answer to what you need to let go of may come immediately or it may come later down the road, but the key is to be aware that something is holding you back from living your life to its fullest potential. This is a great step to start creating the future that you want.
