Inside and Out.
While you’re doing all the work on the inside and you just want to feel good… We aren’t just talking about looking in the mirror or getting compliments out and about (which definitely comes with the glow up), we’re talking about waking up and being excited for the day to just be YOU and experience what the day has to offer. There are practices and methods to everything so we can habitually achieve this experience. Sometimes your wardrobe is just the trick! I know it is for me. Imagine opening your closet doors, reaching in-between the hangers and the folded items in yours drawers, touching the textured fabrics between your finger tips and smiling at the buttery textures. Feels good right? Trying things on until it feels right, is one of my favorite rituals of the day. Sometimes, if we’re lucky we get it right on the first try! Oh, that’s when we know we’re DEFINITELY going to have a good day.
